The Alters places players on a desolate alien world after a catastrophic event. As the only survivor, you must create alternate versions of yourself, each forged from different life choices, to operate machinery and gather resources. The planet’s harsh environment and limited supplies constantly test your decisions.

Gameplay revolves around base management and clone delegation. You assign each alter to specific tasks while managing their psychological well-being and interpersonal conflicts.
