Description

Sable takes place on the desert planet Midden, where players control the titular character as she embarks on a rite of passage known as the Gliding. The world is filled with towering rock formations, crashed starships, and mysterious structures left by an ancient civilization. Sable’s journey is one of self-discovery, with no combat or fail states, allowing players to explore at their own pace.

Gameplay revolves around traversing the open world using a hoverbike and climbing mechanics reminiscent of games like Breath of the Wild. Players can complete quests for various nomadic tribes, collect masks and outfits, and uncover the lore of Midden. The game emphasizes freedom and curiosity, with a minimalist UI and a beautiful hand-drawn art style inspired by French comic artists.
